Cancellations and Ticket Refunds:
Tickets must be cancelled at least 31 days before the event in order to receive a full refund due to the contract with the hotel. Please contact the ONMB staff for processing of a ticket refund. Within 31 days of the event, the ticket may be transferred, but no refund can be provided.
Transfer of Tickets:
Within 31 days of the event, you may transfer the ticket to another person at no charge. Please contact the ONMB staff for processing. There is no charge for the transfer of tickets.
In the case that the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the hotel and ONMB, no refunds will be provided. ONMB will make every effort to ensure that any funds that are received will be passed on to the ticket holders whenever possible.
