To our dear sisters and brothers across ONMB,
The following are a few ways for us to continue growing as leaders and supporting one another in our mission to multiply disciples of Jesus together. I’m grateful to be on this journey with you!
March Team of Teams: 1 pm (Last Tuesday of Each Month)
Join us for a chance to hear from and support one another in prayer. These connection points grease the wheels for our shared ministry throughout the year! We’ll also hear from the following guests:
- Ken Esau will share about the fall EQUIP Conference Fire and Ashes: Why Church? Why MB?
- Andrew Plett will share about the Soul Care Conference with Rob Reimer at Mountain Park in June
Grab Your Copy of A Church Called Tov:
Beginning in April we’ll be working through this book together, asking God “How can we form cultures of goodness in our churches?”
Stay tuned for blog posts, brief written reflections, social media posts and commentary in our Team of Teams calls. Let me (Ryan know if you’d like to contribute your voice). Hear directly from authors Scot McKnight and Laura Barringer here.
You can order your copy here.
Pastor Credentialing Orientation and Interviews:
May 11 is our next round of credentialing interviews. Anyone with the title pastor and all ministry leaders who are on staff .5 time or greater are expected to be credentialed within one year of hire. PCO is expected to be completed within 2 years of hire.
Register for PCO here (and let Ryan know if you’re going)

June 15-17 – Soul Care Conference:
Mountain Park Church in Niagara Falls is hosting this 3-Day conference focused on accessing and appropriating the renewal, freedom and healing available in Jesus and his kingdom through the work of the Holy Spirit. In his book, Soul Care: 7 Principles For A Healthy Soul, Dr. Reimer explores seven biblical principles that are profound tools that God uses to bring healing and renewal to our lives so that we can walk in greater kingdom power and authority. All are welcome to register.

Fire and Ashes: Why Church? Why MB?
A Prayer for Today:
O ALMIGHTY God, look mercifully upon the world, redeemed by the blood of thy dear Son, and send forth many more to do the work of the ministry, that perishing souls may be rescued, and thy glorious triumph may be hastened by the perfecting of thine elect through the same thy Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
