Richard is the lead pastor of Glencairn MB church in Kitchener since Dec 2013. For more than 26 years, Richard has served in a variety of pastoral positions, as Youth Pastor, Associate in a church plant, lead pastor for 14 years at Evergreen, and served as the Ontario Conference Minister. For many of those years, he has served on both provincial and national MB denominational boards, and currently serves as chair of the Faith and Life Team, and the Ontario rep on the Canadian Board of Faith and Life. His passion is to equip every believer to be a missionary in their sphere of influence, and to see the multiplication of disciples. Richard has his BTh from Tyndale, and part way through his 100 year plan to complete his Masters. His lovely wife Laura has partnered with Richard in ministry for 30 years, including the discipling of their 3 adult boys. For fun, Richard enjoys playing squash, golf, and riding motorcycles.
