We invite leaders from across Ontario to gather for this one day consultation. After prayerful deliberation and discussion we (Senior Leadership Team) invite your participation in a very significant leadership discussion. We sense a growing (possibly alarming) need for passionate and gifted Christ centered leaders for our churches, ministries, and the marketplace. We believe that a growing sense of collaboration is positioning us to create a shared initiative that would lead to the development of mature Kingdom leaders. But we need your input, insights, engagement and partnership to see this come into focus. If you have a heart for developing and shaping young leaders, join us. If you are a young leader with a heart for God’s call in your life, join us. If you pastor a church and know how desperately you need to grow leaders, join us. We believe this will be the start of a new move among us MB’s across Ontario.
