DESCRIPTION:Healthy Leaders Training is provided by the ONMB Provincial Faith and Life Team to any and all interested leaders. This training will be offered every five years and is required for any ONMB credentialed leader. \nWhen you see the Healthy Leaders brand\, you can be certain we’ve created an interactive instructional opportunity for you to work through relevant leadership topics with colleagues and friends. \nHealthy Leaders: Addressing Pastoral Vulnerability and Power Dynamics\nOUR ONLINE TRAINER:\nCarolyn Klassen has an MA in Marriage\, Family\, and Child Counselling and has 29 years of experience working as a therapist. She serves as an elder with The Meeting Place\, a Mennonite Brethren church in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. \nONLINE WORKSHOP DETAILS\nCarolyn’s workshop provides an opportunity for pastors and church leaders to engage at an emotional and spiritual level with the very real and human pull to abuse power\, especially during times of personal isolation and vulnerability.
