SUMMARY:MB Mission "AWAKE" retreat
DESCRIPTION:Contact\n\nAWAKE is a partnership between MB Mission\, C2C Church Planting\, and local churches. If you have questions about the event and registration\, please contact the MB Mission office in Kitchener\, Ontario by email at kitchener@mbmission.org (or by phone 519-886-4378). \nEach church that we are partnering with also has a representative that is part of our coordinating team to developing the Saturday afternoon ministry events. We encourage you to connect with him or her as well to find out how you can be of help.  Your church leader will be in touch with you after your online registration has been processed by MB Mission. \n\nEvent Details\n\nWe look forward to confirming a host location for AWAKE Niagara 2015 soon. We will have all our main sessions\, workshops\, and meals at the host location Friday and Saturday. On Saturday afternoon everyone will disperse to their own communities in teams for community outreach\, and then return again for Saturday night. On Sunday morning we’ll be partnering with local churches to prepare AWAKE programming for worship services that will include a focus on AWAKE: My World. \nEach partner church will have an AWAKE team working to plan and run the Saturday afternoon community outreach opportunities.  Your church’s AWAKE coordinator will be in touch with you after registration is open.  They will be your primary contact to find out details about your community outreach and team placement for the weekend. \nSnacks\, Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Saturday \nChild Care and Childrens Programming will be provided during Main Sessions. \n\nRegistration\n\nCOST \n$20 Adults and Teens\n$10 Children (age 4-13)\n$50 Maximum per Family\nPlease plan on bringing cash or cheque on April 24 \nComing in the New Year – Register for AWAKE Niagara 2015 \nThis will be the official registration for AWAKE Niagara (April 24-26\, 2015).\nOnce registration is available – Please make sure you register here even if you have already told your church leaders that you plan on attending. Although you are “applying as an individual”\, take note that this is a team event and we will work with your church leadership to put you on a team after you’ve registered. \n*There is a place to include children with the registration for one parent.\n*Please register other adults (e.g. your spouse) on a separate registration.\n*Please make note of any food allergies or medical concerns we should be aware of. \nIf you encounter and problems or have questions about registering\, please contact our office at 519-886-4378 or by email at kitchener@mbmission.org
