Ed Willms
Executive Director, OCMBC

Ed Willms - has been serving as Executive Director for the Ontario Conference of MB churches since the fall of 2012. Married to Karin Willms for the past 33 years, they have three daughters (Kiersten, Renee & Breanna) and one son-in-law (Eric Thiessen). Ed has lived in Ontario for the past 20 years serving in pastoral ministries in the Scott Street MB Church, Gateway Christian Fellowship and Southridge Community Church. Ed also pastored for over 7 years in the Maritimes. Ed has a Pastor's heart and longs for the health and vitality of the local church. He is also passionate about coaching and empowering younger leaders. Serving the 28 MB churches across ON and their leaders has provided a great avenue for Ed to leverage both his gifts and his passion.

Ed Heinrichs
Executive Director, Camp Crossroads

Ed Heinrichs is married to Cheryl and they have two children, Joshua and Nicole. Ed is serving as Ex. Director at Camp Crossroads (2013- ) He has been the Spiritual Life Director at Eden High School (1996-2005, 2010-2013) and the Senior Pastor at Cornerstone Community Church in Virgil.(2005-2010). Prior to this Ed worked in the educations system.

Robyn Serez
MB Mission Mobilizer

Robyn has been connected with MB Mission for the past 22 years as a team leader, mentor and more recently as a staff member. She has a passion for engaging Christ followers in authentic worship, intentional mission and world-changing prayer. Robyn's other joy is to raise up 4 surrendered leaders within her household as her own family engages in God's call on their lives.

Trevor Seath
C2C Ontario Regional Director

Trevor began leading as the C2C Ontario Regional Director in August 2015 after serving as C2C Regional Mobilizer and as Pastor of Church Networking at Peoples Church in Toronto. Trevor was working for Royal Trust in 1997 when God called him and Julie into pastoral ministry. After completing an MDiv at Tyndale, Trevor served as Lead Pastor of Bridletowne Park Church (Toronto) where they ministered for 12 years. Trevor is passionate about serving pastors and church planters as a pastor, coach, trainer, and church planting catalyst. They have four children: three terrific daughters, and one fantastic son.

Philip Serez
Eastern Canada, Mission Mobilizer

Philip loves Jesus, his family, and the Church. Philip serves as the MB Mission Regional Mobilizer. Since 1996 he and Robyn have been developing discipleship training mission programs across North America and calling out new mission workers into placements worldwide. Philip has a passion for God, adventure and team; and is happiest with either a piano or chainsaw in his hands.
